By using Fajo, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree with individual provisions, please stop using Fajo.

Fajo is an app for shared shopping lists, task lists and calm everyday organization for families. This includes in particular creating and sharing lists, voice input, sorting and synchronization features.

Fajo is currently generally free to use. We reserve the right to offer optional paid add-on features in the future. In that case, we will provide separate information about prices and terms.

Some Fajo features can be used without an account. Sharing lists or using Fajo on multiple devices may require login by email link.

You are responsible for adequately protecting your device and access to your email account.

You may use Fajo only in accordance with applicable law and these terms. No use for unlawful, offensive or abusive content. No attempt to circumvent security mechanisms or technical restrictions. No decompilation, reverse engineering or unauthorized reproduction.

Content that you create or share in Fajo remains your responsibility. You must ensure that you are entitled to use this content and share it with others.

We continuously develop Fajo and may adapt, extend or remove features where there is an objective reason to do so. There is no entitlement to a particular feature, design or uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, security updates or technical disruptions may temporarily limit use.

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.

In the event of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

You may stop using Fajo at any time. If you use an account, you may request deletion by email to kontakt@fajo.app.

We may restrict or block access where there are concrete indications of abusive or unlawful use.

We may adapt these terms of use where legal, technical or functional reasons require this. The current version is published on this page.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.

If the user is a merchant or a legal person under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Kaiserslautern.
